We recently purchased a new house and used Steve Mugar at Eagle Nationwide Mortgage Company for our loan company. Steve has outdone himself again; we never worried about how the loan was going to get done but when.
Steve was extremely friendly and very helpful and his knowledge of the business goes without saying. We were working with another mortgage company who over promised and under delivered when everything fell through. At that time, I knew it was time to call on Steve to get the job done. He was there for us in anyway that he could. He was very easy to communicate with and also willing to help out. We had only two weeks before we had to close when we contacted him and before I knew it he had called with our approval.
We closed on time and received the rate and program he promised and had no worries about anything else; he took care of the rest for us. All we had to do was show up and sign the paperwork and everything else fell into place as promised. He was a delight and a joy to do work with, and with all the horror stories about getting a mortgage, I must say this did not come into the equation with him. My final thoughts are that he went above and beyond to get this loan done and without his help we would have lost our deposit and dream home.

Steve Mugar facilitated the purchase of our new residence in Deltona FL. Steve's professionalism, knowledge, and courteous service was WAY beyond our expectations, and we could not have asked for a better mortgage package. I only wish that we had written this letter then.
However, here we are finding the need to refinance, and Steve has now written us a new mortgage re-financing package, once again doing so professionally and expediently. Due to his diligence, we were locked in at the best rate available. And his knowledge of the business convinced us to choose a mortgage that not only saved us a lot of money but paid off all of our existing debt. Dear Sir/Madam:
We are writing this letter to let you know that Steve Mugar assisted us in getting a refinance on our home.
Steve was extremely helpful with us being we had an unusual situation with our current home loan. Our previous loan was with Select Portfolio a/k/a Fairbanks Mortgage. As a result of that loan there were many problems which caused us to have a Default filed against us. We cleared the Default up and Steve had worked with us for the past three months to help us get out of that Loan. He went above and beyond his duties to help us in every way possible and at no time did he tell us this could not be done. As a result of his persistence, we have refinanced our home with a reputable and reliable mortgage company and could not be happier.
You are very lucky to have Steve Mugar as a Loan Officer with your company and we would definitely recommend Steve and your company to our friends and families and to any person asking if we know of a good mortgage company and/or broker.
